I believe that everybody in this country - rich, poor or middle class - can benefit from having a financial plan. It doesn't have to be complicated (the best plans often are not) but it should be thought out in advance and be something that is in aligment with the person's goals, mission, vision and values in life.
Having a real financial plan will allow you to make smarter choices with your money each day, avoid wasting money on stuff that isn't important to you and make the most efficient use of all your resources (time, money and energy) as possible.
